Deliveries take place Mon-Sat for customers.&#xA0;</li></ul></li><li style="font-family: Inter;">How will a 10-pack ship?<ul style="font-family: initial;"><li style="font-family: Inter;">10-pack ships in the normal packaging. &#xA0;Large trees 3 ft.+ ship max of 2 per box. &#xA0; Some smaller SKUs will ship all 10 in one box with care being taken to keep each separated.</li></ul></li><li style="font-family: Inter;">Do I need to be home?<ul style="font-family: initial;"><li style="font-family: Inter;">You do not, these are normal deliveries just like any other product delivered through FedEx Home Delivery. &#xA0;We do however recommend that you adjust your delivery confirmation email (if applicable) to let customers know to unpack their box immediately.</li></ul></li><li style="font-family: Inter;">Do I need a loading dock / and or where will it get dropped?<ul style="font-family: initial;"><li style="font-family: Inter;">No, these will be placed where your FedEx driver normally places your packages.</li></ul></li><li style="font-family: Inter;">Is your packaging recyclable? and/or what/how is it packaged?<ul style="font-family: initial;"><li style="font-family: Inter;">A majority of the packaging is recyclable. &#xA0;There are however, 1 poly-bag per plant that encloses the nursery container to both retain moisture and prevent soil loss as well as zip ties for secure transport.</li></ul></li><li style="font-family: Inter;">How soon do I need to plant my tree/shrub, etc?<ul style="font-family: initial;"><li style="font-family: Inter;">We actually recommend giving it a few days to acclimate in a shady location before planting. &#xA0;This allows the plant to recover from shock before introducing it to a new climate. &#xA0;Here is a quick macro that you can adjust for your needs.</li></ul></li></ul>

Only certain companies are approved to perform these treatments.</p></li><li><p><strong>Agricultural Hold Period</strong>: Some states require an agricultural hold, where plants are held for 2 weeks to several months for inspection. During this period, state personnel monitor the plants for any signs of pests or diseases. However, small purchases may be disallowed due to the complexity of this process.</p></li></ul><hr><h3 id="what-can-you-do">What Can You Do?</h3><p>If you&#x2019;re unable to purchase live plants from us due to these regulations, we apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control. We recommend visiting your <strong>local nursery or garden center</strong> to find plants that meet your state&#x2019;s guidelines. These local providers will have plants that have undergone the necessary inspections and treatments, ensuring they are safe to plant in your area.</p>
