Can I return seeds?  We do not accept returns of seed packets back to our warehouse.  

What if the packet I received was missing some seeds?  We apologize if  you received anything less than the stated amount in the packet. While we strive for 100% accuracy, an occasional packet will get through with less than we intended.  If this is the case, please request a refund, exchange, or store credit through the portal above.  We will NOT ask you to ship the seed packet back to us.

What if I had poor germination?  We test our seeds thoroughly and frequently.  We do not sell seed that does not pass rigorous testing.  Reporting "poor germination" is reporting a defective product.  This is not something we take lightly.

If you feel there was a problem with the seed, please request a refund, exchange, or store credit through the portal above.  We will NOT ask you to ship the seed packet back to us. 

Please include your germination practices, the lot# & date packed from the back of the seed packet. If this information is not provided, your request may be delayed or rejected. Some requests will require additional consultation; Germination reports are taken very seriously, are researched thoroughly, and can take 2-3 weeks to receive resolution.   

What about non-seed items? Please use the return portal above to request a refund, exchange, or store credit.  Refunds or replacements are issued only after the item(s) are returned in their original packaging. 

If an incorrect item was sent to you, or if the item is damaged or defective, the item will be replaced at no additional cost. If the incorrect item or size was ordered, or you change your mind, a refund will be issued minus the original cost of shipping. Items that have been visibly used will not be refunded or replaced.
