We take germination issues seriously—our seeds are tested to meet high standards. If you experience poor or no germination, please report it through our Return Portal for a refund, exchange, or store credit. You won’t need to send the seed packet back.
Important: Include details about your germination practices, the lot number, and the date packed (found on the back of the seed packet). Missing info may delay or reject your request. Some cases may require additional research, which can take several weeks.
