What if I had poor germination or no germination of my Botanical Interests seeds?Updated a month ago

Our seeds undergo thorough and frequent testing to ensure they meet our rigorous standards. We do not sell seeds that fail our stringent quality checks. Reporting poor germination indicates a rare defect, and we take such reports very seriously.

If you feel there was a problem with the seed, please request a refund, exchange, or store credit through the portal above. We will NOT ask you to ship the seed packet back to us.


Please include your germination practices as well as the lot# & date packed from the back of the seed packet. If this information is not provided, your request may be delayed or rejected. Some requests will require additional consultation; germination reports are taken very seriously, are researched thoroughly, and can take 2-3 weeks to receive resolution.
