Free Returns & Exchanges Within 30 Days
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Botanical Interests order.
All products, except seeds and seed cells, can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date as long as the products are unused and in their original packaging.
There are no restocking fees, and we will cover the cost of the return shipping label. However, any shipping fees you pay are non-refundable.
Shipping and Return Policy for Seeds:
Please note that we can only ship seeds within the United States. If you choose to use a third-party service, such as a freight forwarder, to ship seeds outside of the U.S., we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds if the seeds cannot be shipped to your destination after they have been delivered to the third-party service.

A few notes:
- If you're returning items that came in multiple boxes, you'll need to initiate a separate return for each item.
- If you're returning or exchanging multiple raised beds, you'll need to create a return for each bed separately.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll confirm whether or not your return is approved.
If you requested a refund, you will then be automatically refunded the cost of the product(s), less the cost of any shipping paid, via the original payment method you used to purchase your item(s).
Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days.
If you requested an exchange, we'll process a replacement order after we receive your return. We'll automatically email you the tracking details once the exchange item(s) have shipped.

We accept returns after 30 days of your delivery date. However, you'll be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label. Use the process above through the return portal.

Returns Purchased During a Promotion
Special promotions do not fall within our standard return policy. If you want to return items purchased during a promotion period, please contact our support team.
Include your order number and a brief description of the issue. Our team will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible.
Returns on Discontinued Items
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on discontinued items. When an item is discontinued and is past our 30-day return window, it is final sale and cannot be returned.
Damage, Defects, and Missing Pieces
When your order arrives, inspect it fully for any issues, defects, or damage. If you notice something is wrong with your order on arrival, please contact us immediately and send photos along with your message.
Our team will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible.
