Do You Offer Donations or Sponsorships?

At Epic Gardening, our mission of "Teaching the world to grow" includes supporting educational programs and communities through donations.

Donation Policy

• We accept donation requests June 1st - August 1st.
• Requests outside this window are not considered.
• Approvals are granted by September 30th, and only approved requests will be notified.
• Donations are available to registered 501(c) organizations, with tax ID required.
• Shipping fees may apply.
• Media featuring donations must be approved by Epic Gardening.

Seed Donations

Botanical Interests is happy to donate seeds to non-profit U.S. organizations like school gardens, community gardens, and food banks. Each request is reviewed for qualification. To apply:

• Submit your organization’s tax ID (FEIN) with the request.
• Fill out the attached donation request form fully.
• Donated packets must not be re-sold or re-packaged.

Eligible Donation Types

• Educational, environmental, and health organizations.
• Cultural, artistic, and family foundations.

Not Eligible for Donations

• Non-501(c)(3) or (c)(6) organizations.
• Personal or political endorsements.
• Retail events, advertising, or merchandise promotions.
